Gaza Emergency Relief

Since October 7th, 2023, the Gaza strip has been bombarded with relentless airstrikes. 1.5 million People have been displaced amid the escalating violence.  Over 10,500 men, women, and children have been killed, over 26,000 have been injured, and thousands of victims still trapped under the rubble.

Airstrikes have targeted hospitals, schools, shelters, refugee camps, ambulances, and multiple civilian apartment buildings and neighborhoods. The recent targeted attacks on hospitals, ambulance convoys, and densely populated refugee camps have been extremely distressing and further emphasize the immediate need for medical relief and assistance.

Hospitals are dangerously close to shutting down as fuel is running out. There are over 350,000 patients with non-communicable diseases, 130 premature babies in incubators, and over 183 births a day.

Furthermore, 2.3 million people are without food, water, electricity, fuel, and essential medical supplies. This has collapsed the healthcare system with thousands of people at the risk of starvation, dehydration, and the possibility of an infectious disease outbreak.

Humanity Auxilium is on the ground with its partners assessing the situation and committed to providing emergency assistance, relief, and aid to displaced people.

Please help us help them and donate now.

WATCH

Listen. Learn. Act.

We have learned about the strain that recent attacks in #Gaza has been putting on the healthcare system and its workers there. A lack of #medical supplies and an immense level of fear is disrupting the work to keep others safe.

On Monday, May 24 we explored the medical fallout unfolding in Gaza during this most recent crisis. We discussed with doctors and medical experts, including those in Gaza, about the medical needs of Palestinians and how we can step up and support them during this extremely difficult time.

This webinar was in partnership with the Muslim Medical Association of Canada. They are a platform for Canadian Muslim physicians to contribute to the betterment of their communities, society, and humanity.

These people need our help.

We have heard from local partners about the medical needs of the Palestinian people and we can only imagine that they need nearly everything right now. They are desperate to receive any help we can give. Overnight, we've raised tens of thousands of dollars for our relief efforts and we couldn't be more grateful for your support. We hope to continue raising funds so that we can help send much-needed medical supplies to those who need them.
